A few years ago, we discovered southern Africa during a family trip. It was love at first sight, and we wanted to continue exploring this vast region of the globe.

Impressed by Tawana’s services during a previous experience, we decided to once again entrust Julie and Vincent with organizing our self-drive trip to Namibia in July 2024!

Namibia exceeded all our expectations: breathtaking landscapes that regularly gave us the impression of being in a postcard setting (Sossusvlei, Damaraland, Waterberg, Etosha Pan).

The opportunity for superb hikes, which is a positive difference from Botswana in our opinion (Sossusvlei, Spitzkoppe, Waterberg), culture and history (incredible rock paintings in the Damaraland region, the tragic history of the Hereros in Waterberg), more unexpected activities (kayaking with sea lions in Walvis Bay, 4×4 in Sandwich Harbor), the charm of Swakopmund, and of course the opportunity to observe magnificent animals up close in their natural habitat (Etosha, the rhinos of Waterberg).

Thanks to Julie and Vincent for their impeccable organisation and helpful advice, which made this trip idyllic!
