From Windhoek (Namibia) to Kasane (Botswana) 4800 km on board our super land cruiser bushcamper.

After 3 years of waiting and 2 postponements following the Covid, our adventure has finally started thanks to the kindness, the kindness and the professionalism of Julie and Vincent.

23 days …

* We were able to explore the magnificent landscapes of the Namibrand and Sossusvlei,
* to meet the seals and flamingos of Walvis bay and Swakopmund,
* walk along the Skeleton Coast and its shipwrecks,
* discover the rock paintings of Twyfelfontein,
* Track hundreds of animals in the Palmwag concession and Etosha Park,
* hike the escarpments of the Waterberg Plateau,
* observe life along the Okavango River in the Caprivi Strip,
* relax in the Panhandle
* Enjoy warthog in a good restaurant in Maun with Julie and Vincent,
* riding Mokoro and finishing with the difficult sand, water and swamp tracks of Moremi, Khwai and Chobe for 6 days to Kasane,

… all of which was enhanced by the smiles and kindness of the Namibians and Botswanans, the encounters in the camps, the breathtaking sunsets and the total immersion in the African wilderness.

What memories for us, like the hippos and buffalos on our campsites and especially one, memorable, to be surrounded by dozens of elephants a few centimeters away from us by following the advice of Julie and Vincent…
