Our happy selfdrivers

Canada, September 2022, Camping fully equipped Land Cruiser
In January 2020 our adventure began. Already then, we wanted to do a self-drive safari in Botswana. A few research on the Internet allowed us to quickly find this little gem that is Tawana Self Drive. Thanks to their great knowledge of the terrain, Julie and Vincent were able to advise us wisely. A few weeks later, everything was ready and we were delighted. Unfortunately, the pandemic forced us to postpone our adventure until two years later. During this long and uncertain period of waiting, Julie and Vincent constantly showed understanding and flexibility. We thank them for their hard work in rescheduling our itinerary.
Our 21 days in the legendary Land Cruiser Bushcamper 2022 covering over 2,600 km were simply magnificent. What a pleasure it was to explore Botswana in the middle of the southern winter. During our adventure, we discovered mythical and spectacular places such as the Khama Rhino Sanctuary, Kubu Island, the Central Kalahari, the Boteti River, Moremi, Savuti and Chobe. And what about the splendid Okavango Delta! It is impossible for us to describe the feelings we had in the presence of countless elephants gathered at waterholes or in front of the immensity of Kubu Island. To understand it, you have to experience this kind of authentic and beautiful journey.
During our adventure, Julie and Vincent were always there for us. It was so reassuring to get answers to our questions in the bush and to meet them!
We would like to thank Julie and Vincent for the success of our adventure. It is obviously supported by their professionalism that we will return soon.
