3 weeks and 4200 km in Botswana without any trouble seems to be a challenge and my inexperience driving a 4×4 on sandy tracks was not a guarantee.
However the training running by Vincent before starting the trip, a comprehensive equipment and our excellent Toyota Prado have quickly made up for my shortcomings, and the Kalahari, Okavango, Pans, Tuli blocks paraded without the least hook under our wheels.
Elephants, hippos, crocodiles and all this prolific African fauna reminded us every day to thank them for the reliability of their information and Julie’s patience to help us complete our tour. It is rare to find such a professional attitude and kindness!
Vincent, Julie, you will appear in the background of all these videos and photos that we brought back from this great country. We owe them in part.
