After a wonderful mobile safari trip to Botswana in 2015 and other guided experiences in Africa, we wanted to try a new way of travel, giving us another dimension in terms of autonomy and freedom. We entrusted the organization of our 4×4 self drive trip to Tawana and we are really delighted with the experience.

It should be noted that Botswana is an ideal country for the practice of Self Drive as long as we respect the basic rules of safety with respect to wildlife.

What stands out from our Self Drive experience is exactly what we were looking for …. a strong feeling of freedom we extremely appreciated, staying only the two of us on an isolated campsite in the deep Central Kalahari, deciding exactly what we want to do each day without having to ask the driver to stop…

Tawana has well organized our project we proposed by providing great advice regarding campsites, distance and refueling … their knowledge of the ground have been the key of our successful experience.
